Neil has more than 30 years of experience in sales, product development, business planning/management and retail buying/merchandising. His background includes work in both consumer and business-to-business environments. Neil brings a unique blend of leadership experience from the manufacturing, product development and marketing functions of a business. In addition to his corporate experience, Neil has had extensive experience in entrepreneurial ventures. This provides valuable experience for the development of the company as well as for the creation and delivery of development programs aimed at current or aspiring entrepreneurs.

As a product of the Mohawk Valley, having been born, raised, educated and employed no more than 10 miles from the NYS Thruway for all but one year of my life, I care about Upstate NY and am passionate about having an impact on its resurgence. As Warren Buffet has said: “Someone is sitting in the shade today because someone planted a tree a long time ago.”
