There are a number of other assessments available, many of which I’ve personally taken, but I feel the psychology and principles behind Clifton Strengths best align with my development philosophy. As a Strengths Coach, I have the opportunity and privilege of working with clients of all ages to create awareness of their innate talents and create development plans based on Strengths-Building versus weakness-fixing.
