Daneli Partners

With Daneli Partners and the Gallup® CliftonStrengths assessment, we empower leaders through self-discovery and awareness of What Matters and their individual innate talents. Our process helps individuals turn talents into strengths and align with What Matters so they achieve more, become the leaders they have the potential to be, and do what they have the potential to do. Investing in strengths unleashes the greatest source of potential.

The Gallup® CliftonStrengths assessment reveals each individual’s innate talents. Gallup® CliftonStrengths is rooted in neuroscience(1) and positive psychology(2).

(1)“…a scientific discipline studying the structure, development, function, and genetics of the brain.”
(2)“…the scientific study of optimal human functioning; focusing on happiness, strength, personal potential and greatest satisfaction.”

Strengths-Based Development:

Your talents – those thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that come naturally to you – are the source of your true potential. The better you can apply these talents, the greater your potential to consistently act with more confidence, direction, and hope.

“What will happen when we think about what is right with people rather than fixating on what is wrong with them?” ~Donald O. Clifton

Gallup® CliftonStrengths is a foundational building block

Gallup’s research led to four major conclusions that form the pillars of strengths-based development:

Gallup research has proved that the best opportunity to grow and develop – and net the greatest return on investment – is to identify the ways in which we most naturally think, feel, and behave, and then build upon those talents to create strengths: the ability to achieve consistently near-perfect performance.

To become our best selves, we must increase our understanding of our talents. This does not mean we ignore our weaknesses, but it does mean we shift a focus to discovering more about our talents – to recognize and develop those talents and strengths and then learn to apply them to accomplish goals.

1. The study of strengths created a new theory on what people are like and how they develop.

2. Maximum productivity can be gained by focusing on strengths and managing weaknesses.

3. Our greatest talents – the ways in which we most naturally think, feel, and behave – represent our innate power and potential. When we tap into this source of wisdom and power, we gain the ability to transform every moment, every interaction, and every day.

4. Gallup® CliftonStrengths is a tool that can help us gain awareness of our greatest talents and begin turning them into strengths.

At its core, strengths-based development is based on three assumptions:

  1. Only some behaviors can be learned.
  2. The best in a role deliver the same outcomes using different behaviors.
  3. Weakness fixing prevents failure; strengths-building leads to success.
